Multi-box orders
A desk that arrives in pieces is a failed delivery to the buyer. The 3PL has to pick every box of an order together, ship them on the same day with linked tracking, and treat a missing box as an exception the same day. Ask how it handles a split delivery and what it charges per carton, since per-carton fees add up on a three-box order.
Chairs bill on size
A boxed office chair is light for its size. The Leap's carton measures 134.5 in in length plus girth, over the 130 in line, so UPS and FedEx bill it as a Large Package or Oversize at a 90 lb minimum, though it weighs 68 lb. A carton a few inches shorter on one side can move a chair back under the line; ask your 3PL to check each chair SKU before launch.
